Terry Berger is an Atlanta based film photographer and SCAD student, inheriting her name and passion for the art of photography from her grandfather, Terry Shainberg who was also a photographer. Terry primarily shoots components of her daily life, family + friends, architecture, nature, and more. She views photography as a way of documenting each season of her life.
By exploring the ways in which historical narratives can be created through miniature paper sets, the series “Petite Suite” navigates ideas of memory construction and its relationship to the physical and temporal fragility of historical imagery.
